2.Excellent shear stability and thermal oxidation stability .

3.Good compatibility with all functional additives and pour point depressants .

4.Improve the low temperature property of oil .

     5.Good oil soluble .

Product Introduction

J0050 Ethylene Propylene Copolymer is a high-performance EPDM viscosity modifier engineered for extreme shear stability and thermal endurance. With a molecular weight of ~100,000 g/mol and narrow molecular distribution, it delivers superior thickening efficiency and permanent viscosity loss control. Key applications include heavy-duty engine oils, high-pressure hydraulic systems, and wind turbine gear oils operating under severe mechanical stress.

Advanced Features

SSI(40-45): Maintains viscosity within 5% after 30 cycles in Bosch injector shear tests.

Withstands 160°C continuous operation (ΔKV100 <3% after 1,000h ASTM D445).

MRV TP-1 ≤25,000 cP @ -40°C (ASTM D4684): Ensures cold-start pumpability.

40% higher VI boost vs. standard OCPs (7.0 cSt thickening per 1% treat rate in 150N base oil).

Zero phosphorus/sulfur; compatible with Euro VII/China VI-B aftertreatment systems.

Application

Heavy-Duty Engine Oils:
API FA-4/CK-4 10W-XX formulations (Mack T-13 viscosity control ≤3.5% loss).

Wind Turbine Gear Oils:
Siemens FLENDER 3.1 certified (ISO VG 320, FZG ≥Stage 12).

High-Pressure Hydraulics:
Denison HF-0/T6H20C fluids (100 MPa cyclic pressure stability).

Arctic Hydraulic Fluids:
MIL-PRF-32073 Grade 7 (-54°C cold start).

Bio-Based Industrial Oils:
ISO 15380 HEES hydraulic fluids (HVO compatibility)

Recommended Dosage

0.8–5.0% (adjust per base oil viscosity grade).
