Polymethacrylate Pour Point Depressant T819
Advanced Wax Control for Mineral & Synthetic Lubricants
T819 is a high effective light transparent liquid . It shows good pour point depression ability and low temperature performance . Simultaneity , it can improve viscosity index and it has a definite improve viscosity effect .These pour point depressants can substitute for traditional solutions in demanding applications.
T819 is used to concoct aviation hydraulic oil , hydraulic transmission oil , gear oil , low congeal hydraulic oil , multilevel internal – combustion engine oil , etc .
Product Introduction
T819 is a polymethacrylate-based pour point depressant engineered to suppress wax crystallization and ensure low-temperature fluidity in paraffinic base oils. Utilizing tailored alkyl chain architecture, it delivers ≥25°C pour point depression while maintaining shear stability and oxidation resistance. Ideal for heavy-duty engine oils, hydraulic fluids, and industrial lubricants operating in seasonal climates.
- Deep Pour Point Reduction
Achieves -45°C pour point in Group I base oils (ASTM D5949), enabling reliable cold starts.
- Wax Crystal Modification
Reduces WAT (wax appearance temperature) by 15-20°C (DSC ASTM D3418).
- Shear Stability
SSI ≤12 (ASTM D6278) – 30% better than conventional pour point depressants
- Multi-Base Oil Compatibility
Effective in Group I-V, HVO, and FAME (B100) bases.
- Oxidation Protection
Extends oil life 2x vs. untreated oils (ASTM D943).
Application
T819 pour point depressants are used primarily for various industrial oils and engine oils requiring superior wax control and low-temperature performance:
