T818A Pour Point Depressant is an orange yellow transparent thick liquid. It shows exceptional pour point depression ability, increasing viscosity ability and improving the viscosity index. This pour point depressant can substitute for traditional solutions in demanding applications.

Product Introduction

T818A is a high-performance fumarate copolymer pour point depressant engineered to enhance low-temperature fluidity in synthetic and bio-based lubricants. Utilizing tailored molecular architecture, this advanced pour point depressant inhibits wax crystallization and maintains pumpability down to -60°C, outperforming conventional PPDs by 15°C.

Achieves -60°C pour point (ASTM D5949) and MRV TP-1 ≤25,000 cP @ -55°C (ASTM D4684).

Reduces wax appearance temperature (WAT) by 20°C+ (DSC ASTM D3418).

Stable in HVO/ester bases; prevents gelation in B100 biodiesel blends.

SSI ≤8 (ASTM D6278) – ideal for high-pressure hydraulic systems.

Zero sulfur/phosphorus; OECD 301F biodegradable option available.

Arctic Engine Oils:
SAE 0W-16/0W-8 formulations (API SP/GF-6A compliant).

Wind Turbine Fluids:
ISO VG 46 hydraulic oils (-45°C cold start).

Bio-Based Hydraulics:
ISO 15380 HEES fluids for forestry equipment.

Refrigeration Oils:
POE-based systems (ASHRAE Class L).

Mining Fluids:

Packaging:200 kg steel drum

Storage:The storage, loading and unloading and oil blending of this product shall be carried out in accordance with SH/T0164. The maximum temperature shall not exceed 75°C; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 45°C.

12 months (opened, under nitrogen)
