Polymethacrylate Viscosity Index Improver

PMA Polymethacrylate Viscosity Index Improver Polymer Lubricity Additive 602HB

Ultra-Low-Temperature VII for Advanced Engine Oils

This Polymethacrylate viscosity index improver polymer is engineered for next-generation low-viscosity engine oils requiring exceptional low-temperature fluidity and high-temperature shear stability. With optimized molecular architecture and dispersant functionality, this Polymethacrylate viscosity index improver polymer delivers superior viscosity control from -40°C to 150°C.

Product Introduction

Our premium Polymethacrylate viscosity index improver polymer is a polymethacrylate-based solution designed for modern engine oils. It enables SAE 0W-16/0W-20 formulations while protecting against soot-induced thickening. This viscosity index improver polymer is essential for fuel-efficient gasoline/diesel engines and hybrid drivetrains.

MRV TP-1 ≤18,000 cP @ -40°C (ASTM D4684) – 30% lower than conventional VIIs.

Controls viscosity increase to ≤12% at 5% soot (Mack T-11 test vs. 25% industry average).

SSI ≤18 (ASTM D6278 KRL 30-cycle) for extended drain intervals.

Stable in B100 biodiesel and E30 ethanol blends (ΔKV100 <3% after 1,000h).

Combines VII and dispersant properties, reducing additive treat cost by 15%.
