Fumaric Acid And Vinyl Acetate Pour Point Depressant,Paraffin Oil Pour Point Depressant T818H
High-Temperature Stable Flow Improver for Aerospace & Racing Lubricants
T818H Pour Point Depressant is an orange yellow transparent thick liquid. It shows exceptional pour point depression ability, increasing viscosity ability and improving the viscosity index. This pour point depressant can substitute for traditional solutions in the most demanding aerospace and racing applications.
Product Introduction
T818H is a thermally stabilized fumarate copolymer pour point depressant engineered to maintain fluidity from -50°C to 300°C, combining extreme low-temperature performance with unmatched thermal-oxidative stability. Utilizing radical-resistant molecular design, this advanced pour point depressant prevents wax crystallization in arctic conditions while resisting varnish formation in jet turbines and high-rev racing engines.
- Dual-Temperature Mastery
-50°C pour point (ASTM D5949) + 300°C thermal stability (PDSC onset ≥320°C per ASTM D6186).
- Zero Volatility Loss
NOACK volatility ≤1.0% (ASTM D5800) – critical for vacuum environments.
- Carbon Deposit Control
Reduces piston varnish by 80% vs. conventional pour point depressants (ASTM D8048)
- Ester/Oil Compatibility
Stable in diester/POE bases (hydrolysis resistance >10,000h @ 150°C).
- Pressure Resilience
Maintains flow at 75,000 psi (SSI ≤3, ASTM D5621).
Application
T818H pour point depressant is used primarily for various industrial oils and engine oils requiring extreme temperature performance:
