Neutral ZDDP Anti-Wear Agent for Precision Lubrication Systems

T203 has excellent anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion properties and extreme pressure and anti-wear properties, and its thermal stability is particularly good, and its oil solubility, additive compatibility, and anti-emulsification properties are good. This product is compounded with detergents T105, T106 and dispersants T154, T155, and is used in high-grade diesel engine oils. It can be used in combination with other additives in anti-wear hydraulic oils.

T203 is a dioctyl secondary zinc dialkyldithiophosphate (ZDDP) engineered to deliver balanced anti-wear and antioxidant protection in high-speed, moderate-load applications. Its neutral alkyl structure provides optimal friction control while maintaining compatibility with modern emission systems. Key applications include automatic transmission fluids, compressor oils, and industrial hydraulic systems requiring precision component protection.

Reduces wear by 60% in ASTM D4172 Four-Ball tests (800 rpm/40kg/75°C) while minimizing friction-induced energy loss.

Dioctyl secondary structure offers 25% better hydrolytic stability vs. primary ZDDP (ASTM D2619).
