Polyisobutylene Succinimide T154
Ashless Dispersant for Advanced Engine Protection
T154 has excellent low-temperature dispersibility and high-temperature stability, has a good solubilizing effect on high-temperature soot, and has certain alkali storage performance. This product can be used with metal cleaning compound agent to solve the low-temperature sludge problem of the engine, and can also reduce the deposition of paint film and carbon deposits on high-temperature parts of the engine. It is mainly suitable for the preparation of medium and high-grade internal combustion engine oils, generally used for diesel necrosis.
Product Introduction
T154 Polyisobutylene Succinimide is a high-performance ashless dispersant engineered to prevent low-temperature sludge formation and reduce high-temperature deposits in modern engines. Utilizing polyisobutylene (PIB) succinimide chemistry, it enhances lubricant stability and cleanliness while ensuring compatibility with environmental standards. Key applications include premium gasoline/diesel engine oils, marine cylinder oils, and biofuel-compatible lubricants.
- Sludge & Deposit Control
Eliminates low-temperature sludge and minimizes carbon/varnish buildup on piston rings and turbochargers.
- Ashless Formulation
Chlorine-free composition (<0.5%) ensures compliance with eco-friendly lubricant requirements.
- Thermal Stability
Maintains dispersancy at temperatures up to 250°C, preventing viscosity increase and oil thickening.
- Synergistic Performance
Combines seamlessly with metal detergents (e.g., sulfonates) and ZDDP antiwear agents for comprehensive engine protection.
- Fuel Compatibility
Effective in biodiesel (B20/B30) and ethanol-blended (E10-E85) lubricants.
Application
Gasoline/Diesel Engine Oils: API SN/SP, CK-4/FA-4 formulations (prevents intake valve deposits).
Marine Cylinder Oils: MAN B&W and Wärtsilä-compatible low-ash oils.
Hybrid Vehicle Lubricants: E-motor cooling fluids and start-stop system oils.
Bio-Lubricants: ISO 15380-certified biodegradable hydraulic fluids.
Reference Dosage
Recommended Dosage: 2.0–4.0% (adjust based on base oil and performance targets).
