Alkaline Dinonyl Naphthalene Sulfonate

Rust inhibitor dosage (%) = 0.05 × Metal surface area (m²/L) + 0.1 × Environmental corrosion index

Sulfonate Types: Require pre-emulsification (HLB value 8-12).

Vapor-Phase Inhibitors: Use in sealed environments (concentration ≥15 mg/m³).

Mixing Prohibition: Avoid simultaneous addition with high-alkaline detergents (interval >30 minutes).

Storage: Maintain temperature at 5-30°C (prevents crystallization).
