Product Introduction

This synergistic additive package is engineered with organoboron stabilizers and fluorinated surfactants, specifically formulated for polyol ester (POE) and polyvinyl ether (PVE) refrigeration oils. It ensures thermal stability, moisture control, and material compatibility in systems operating at -60°C to 220°C, preventing acid formation and compressor wear with next-gen low-GWP refrigerants.

These high-performance lubricants additives represent a breakthrough in refrigeration technology, offering unmatched protection for modern cooling systems.

Performance Advantages

Neutralizes organic acids from thermal breakdown (TAN change <0.1 mgKOH/g after 5,000h ASHRAE 97 test), extending oil life 3×2.

Binds free water to <50 ppm (ASTM D6304), preventing ice formation and hydrolysis in R-1234yf systems.

ASTM D130 Rating 1A at 150°C, inhibiting galvanic corrosion in copper-aluminum interfaces.

Zero sludge at 220°C bulk oil temp (DIN 51528 carbon residue ≤0.02%).

Maintains homogeneous mixture with R-454B at -55°C (no phase separation per ASHRAE 86).

Packaging & Storage

Packaging: 200L steel drums or 1,000 kg IBC totes.

Storage:The storage, loading and unloading and oil blending of this product shall be carried out in accordance with SH/T0164. The maximum temperature shall not exceed 75°C; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 45°C.
