The anti-rust oil prepared with this corrosion inhibitor package has excellent film-forming properties, can maintain excellent rust prevention in an acidic environment, and has excellent moisture and heat resistance and salt spray resistance for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

It is widely used in the preparation of various types of anti-rust oils. It can be used to prepare solvent-diluted anti-rust oils and hard film, soft film and water-displacement anti-rust oils.

This corrosion inhibitor package can be added to mineral oil or solvent oil in a certain proportion to prevent rust between metal processes and for long-term sealing and rust prevention. The sealing and rust prevention period is more than two years.

Product Introduction

Our advanced corrosion inhibitor package is a synergistic blend of vapor corrosion inhibitors (VCIs), organometallic passivators, and water-displacing polymers. Engineered to form molecular protective films on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, it delivers multi-layered defense against saltwater, humidity, and industrial pollutants where conventional inhibitors fail.

Removes 100% water films from surfaces within 15s (Federal Test Method 791C 321.3).

1,000+ hours protection in ASTM B117 neutral salt spray (Grade A per ISO 10289).

Remarks: The above anti-rust oil test is carried out according to the SH /T0081 method, and the wet heat test is carried out according to GB /T2361. Before the salt spray and wet heat tests are carried out according to the standard, the steel sheet should be polished, cleaned and blown dry, then coated with anti-rust oil and placed indoors for 24 hours before being put into the salt spray box and wet heat box for testing.

Precautions for salt spray test: Put the polished test piece into the anti-rust oil to allow it to fully absorb on the surface of the test piece, then take out the test piece and let it air dry naturally for 24 hours, then put it into the salt spray box and do the salt spray test according to the standard.

Packaging & Storage

Packaging: 200L steel drums or 1,000 kg IBC totes.

Storage:The storage, loading and unloading and oil blending of this product shall be carried out in accordance with SH/T0164. The maximum temperature shall not exceed 75°C; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 45°C.

12 months (opened, under nitrogen)

Safety:This corrosion inhibitor package is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. It is the same as general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection and use, and no special protection is required.
