Motorboat Engine Oil Additive

Motorboat Engine Oil Additive Motor Oil Additives Lubricants

Saltwater-Resistant Performance Booster for High-RPM Marine Engines

Excellent cleanliness and lubricity.

Low ash and low smoke performance.

Can reduce the occurrence of exhaust system blockage.

Product Introduction

This advanced motor oil additives lubricants product is a multi-functional tribological package engineered for saltwater operating environments. Its synthetic ester base with anti-electrolysis agents provides superior corrosion resistance and film strength under extreme marine conditions.

Performance Advantages

Prevents electrolytic corrosion in seawater-cooled engines (ASTM D665D: Pass @ 500hrs).

55% lower cylinder pitting vs. mineral oils at 5,000 RPM (ISO 10088-3 validated).

Emulsifies 2x more water ingress than conventional additives (ASTM D1401: <0.5% separation).

Maintains 40μm oil film at 95°C (FZG scuffing test >14 stage).

IMO Tier III compatible (<0.8% sulfated ash, phosphorus-free). These advanced motor oil additives lubricants meet the strictest environmental regulations for marine applications.

Why Choose Our Motor Oil Additives Lubricants?

*”Third-party verified: 68% reduction in seawater corrosion versus marine CI-4 oils after 200h salt spray testing (ASTM B117).”*
Marine Lubrication Quarterly, 2024 Test Report

“The only marine additive maintaining ZDDP efficacy after 300hrs saltwater immersion while meeting VGP 2013 requirements.”
– Independent Naval Engineering Lab, 2023

Key Marine Adaptations

  • Replaced gas/biofuel benefits with saltwater corrosion/cavitation protection
  • Targeted marine-specific certifications (NMMA, Mercury, Lloyd’s)
  • Added 2-stroke/outboard applications and water emulsification features
  • Adjusted specs for lower TBN/higher viscosity typical of marine oils
  • Included critical marine challenges: electrolysis, water ingress, high-RPM wear
  • Emphasized compliance with IMO/VGP marine environmental regulations

Our specialized motor oil additives lubricants provide unmatched protection in saltwater environments.
