CK-4 Diesel Lubricity Additive

CK-4 Diesel Lubricity Additive Packages For Lubricants

Advanced Protection for Low-Emission Engines with DPF/SCR Systems

CK-4 is suitable for blending high-grade diesel passenger car engine oil. It is a heavy-duty diesel engine oil additive with low ash, low phosphorus and low sulfur. This product is compounded with high-quality detergent, anti-friction agent, ashless dispersant, composite antioxidant, high-quality magnesium salt, molybdenum salt and high-molecular ashless component. This premium diesel additive for lubricity forms a high-temperature and high-pressure lubricating protective layer on the surface of the parts, providing excellent protection for the engine under high-temperature and high-speed operation. It also performs well in low-speed anti-pre-ignition. It has good compatibility with Class II oil, Class III oil and synthetic oil, and is a high-quality diesel engine oil composite additive.

Product Introduction

This CK-4 additive package is engineered with low-ash (≤1.0% sulfated ash) calcium sulfonate technology and titanium-enhanced anti-wear agents. Specifically formulated for modern diesel engines with exhaust aftertreatment systems (DPF/SCR), it delivers superior soot handling, acid neutralization, and oxidation stability while protecting emissions catalysts from poisoning.

Performance Advantages

Ultralow SAPS (Sulfated Ash ≤0.8%, P≤0.05%, S≤0.3%) prevents catalyst poisoning and DPF clogging, extending aftertreatment service life by 50%. This diesel additive for lubricity ensures long-term emission system protection.

Reduces engine wear by 50% in Mack T-22 tests versus conventional additives, with top ring weight loss <100mg.

Maintains viscosity stability at >6% soot levels (ASTM D5967 ΔKV <1.5 mm²/s), preventing sludge and oil starvation.

Extends oil drain intervals to 60,000 km (RPVOT >2,500 min per ASTM D2272).

Reduces friction losses by 25%, improving fuel efficiency by 2.5% in EPA SmartWay validation tests.
