High-Grade Gear Oil Additives For Lubricating Oils
Extreme Pressure Protection for Industrial & Marine Gear Systems
Premium Gear Oil Additive Solutions
Superior anti-oxidation • Exceptional load-bearing • Wide compatibility
It has good anti-oxidation, anti-rust, anti-wear and other properties, and excellent load-bearing capacity.
Product Introduction
This advanced sulfur-phosphorus extreme pressure (EP) gear oil additive complex is engineered for gear systems operating under shock loads and micro-pitting conditions. Its synergistic compound of advanced anti-wear agents and polymer stabilizers delivers unmatched protection at >4 GPa contact pressures where conventional additives fail.
With low dosage and excellent economic performance, our gear oil additive offers strong applicability. It is suitable for various paraffin-based, intermediate-based, cycloalkyl-based, hydrogenated base oils and synthetic base oils.
Performance Advantages
- Micro-Pitting Resistance
83% reduction in surface fatigue vs. CLP oils (FZG Micropitting Test FVA 54/7 Stage 12).
- Shock Load Protection
Maintains EP film integrity at 500,000 psi (ASTM D2783 weld point >3,500 N).
- Thermal Stability
Prevents varnish at 120°C+ (TOST sludge <50 mg after 1,000h per ASTM D2893).
- Water Tolerance
<5% torque loss in emulsified state (DIN 51398 Part 2).
- Copper Compatibility
ASTM D130 rating 1A after 3h at 121°C.
