Product Introduction

This advanced zinc additive for engine oil is a zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate antioxidant and anti-corrosion agent with excellent antioxidant and anti-corrosion properties and extreme pressure and anti-wear properties. As a high-performance zinc additive for engine oil, it is used in the preparation of high-grade internal combustion engine oils and industrial lubricants.

Advanced Technologies

Forms primary alkyl durability at low temps + secondary alkyl reactivity at high temps (MTM-SLIM validated).

Maintains wear protection in E10/B20 fuels (FZG Stage 13 at 90°C).

3x better hydrolytic stability than primary ZDDP + 2x oxidation life of secondary ZDDP (ASTM D2619/D943).

Effective from -40°C (4-ball wear scar 0.35mm) to 180°C (0.45mm) (ASTM D4172 modified).

30% lower phosphorus volatility (NOACK 5% vs. 7% industry avg).
