This ultra-high TBN sulfurized calcium alkylphenate (TBN≥295) is engineered specifically for cleaning oil sludge from engines operating on heavy/residual fuels. Utilizing imported raw materials, it delivers unmatched high-temperature detergency, acid neutralization, and corrosion protection – proven to eliminate catastrophic piston ring carbon deposits.

Product Introduction

This Sulfurized Calcium Alkylphenate delivers unprecedented BN (≥295 mgKOH/g) for dissolving catastrophic sludge buildup in heavy fuel operations. Its sulfur-enhanced alkylphenate structure penetrates and liquefies hardened carbon deposits while neutralizing sulfuric acid corrosion from high-sulfur fuels.

Dissolves 15mm-thick carbon crusts in 48 hours (modified ASTM D4310) – optimal for cleaning oil sludge from engine combustion chambers.

Neutralizes 3.5x more H₂SO₄ than BN 100 additives (CEC L-48-A-00).

Prevents agglomeration in 700 cSt fuels (ISO 3016 validated), critical when cleaning oil sludge from engine systems processing heavy residuals.

Maintains detergency with 5% seawater contamination (ASTM D665 B).
