Amine And Epoxy Compound Condensation

Demulsifier Additive Amine And Epoxy Compound Condensation Product

High-Efficiency Demulsifier Additive

Advanced oil-water separation technology for industrial lubricants exposed to water ingress

This high-performance demulsifier additive delivers exceptional water separation in both fresh and degraded lubricating oils. With superior degradation performance and water extractability, it’s ideal for gear oils, turbine oils, hydraulic fluids, and compressor oils that encounter water during operation.

Product Introduction

Our high-efficiency amine-epoxy compound condensation demulsifier additive is engineered for rapid oil-water separation in industrial lubricants exposed to water ingress. Utilizing synergistic molecular design, this demulsifier additive enhances water shedding and prevents emulsification in gear oils, turbine oils, and hydraulic systems operating under humid or washdown conditions.

Compliant with ISO 4406 cleanliness standards, this formulation ensures equipment protection and extended oil life. As a specialized demulsifier additive, it delivers superior performance where water contamination is a challenge.

Key Features

Achieves <15-minute water separation (ASTM D1401) in contaminated oils—critical for turbines and gearboxes exposed to moisture. This demulsifier additive outperforms conventional solutions in speed and efficiency.

Synergistic with T746 (dodecenyl succinic acid), boosting corrosion inhibition while maintaining foam stability.

Effective in fresh and degraded lubricants (e.g., oxidized turbine oils), restoring demulsibility without affecting anti-wear additives.

Stable in mineral/synthetic base oils (Group I-V) and ester-based fluids.

Low treat rate (0.05–0.30%) minimizes ecological impact while meeting biodegradability standards (OECD 301F).

Non-corrosive, non-foaming, and thermally stable ≤110°C.

Reduces hydrolytic acid buildup in wet environments, complementing TBN additives in circulating oils.

This demulsifier additive performs consistently across various industrial applications, from high-water-cycling systems to ester-based fluids, delivering reliable results under diverse operating conditions.

Application

Target Systems:

Industrial gear oils (ISO VG 68-680).

Steam/gas turbine oils (DIN 51515).

Hydraulic fluids (ISO 11158 HM/HV).

Compressor oils exposed to condensate.

Recommended Dosage

This demulsifier additive  is added at 0.05%-0.3% when preparing oil products.

Formulation Guidance:

For high-water-cycling systems (e.g., paper mill hydraulics): Combine with 0.05% T746 for enhanced rust protection.

In ester-based fluids: Pre-test solubility at 60°C to ensure clarity.
