This HOAT additive package represents cutting-edge additives for lubricants and coolants, engineered with carboxylate inhibitors and nano-ceramic thermal enhancers. It is a hybrid organic-acid technology (HOAT) additive package designed for extended-drain coolant formulations, delivering superior multi-metal protection and heat transfer efficiency in combustion engines and electrified systems operating from -50°C to 150°C.

Product Introduction

As one of the most advanced additives for lubricants available, this product is used alone as an all-organic liquid compound to produce all-organic (OAT) engine coolant. It adopts monobasic acid + dibasic acid + polybasic acid synergistic anti-corrosion inhibition technology, and cooperates with long-chain aromatic acid to achieve long-term anti-corrosion effect. It has good protection for all metals (steel, iron, copper, aluminum, solder) in the engine cooling system. It has anti-corrosion, anti-scaling, anti-bacterial, anti-foaming and other functions, and the service life of the finished coolant is 5 years and 300,000 kilometers.

This premium additive for lubricants can be used with liquid heavy-duty package H to meet the chemical composition requirements of GB 29743-2013 for heavy-duty coolants, and the service life of the finished coolant is 5 years and 300,000 kilometers.

2. Scope of application

This product is suitable for the production of polyester-grade ethylene glycol-deionized water type, propylene glycol-deionized water type, and other types of all-organic (OAT) coolants when used alone. The PH value of the finished coolant is 7.5-11.0. It is suitable for any engine cooling system and meets the OEM standards of vehicle manufacturers with OAT requirements.

3. Meet the standards

The coolant produced based on this product meets the requirements of GB 29743 for glassware corrosion, cast aluminum heat transfer corrosion, aluminum pump cavitation corrosion and simulated corrosion, and meets the requirements of NB/SH/T 0521-2010, JT225-1996, ASTM 3306, etc., and meets the OEM standards of vehicle manufacturers for OAT requirements.

The all-organic heavy-duty coolant produced based on this product and Liquid Heavy-Duty Package H meets the national standard chemical element requirements.

  1. 1.This product is a liquid. It is recommended to store it above -10℃. White powder may precipitate below -10℃. The precipitate can be restored to a clear liquid by itself when placed above 20℃. It can be used only after clarification. Turbid state cannot be used directly!
  2. 2.This product can be added by external or internal addition. This version describes the internal addition method; the recommended minimum addition amount at different freezing points is 6.0% of the concentrate.
  3. 3.The defoaming effect is better when defoamers C and D are used together. Add them 2-3 minutes before the tank is discharged. The defoamer should not be added too early. The two defoamers can achieve a good defoaming effect when used together. Try not to use too much. Excessive defoamers may affect the clarity of the coolant.
  4. 4.Heavy-duty coolants need to be supplemented with liquid heavy-duty package H. Heavy-duty package H is a single-component system of nitrite. To ensure that the finished coolant meets the national standard requirements, please accurately and strictly control the production process. Liquid heavy-duty package H is added according to the formula guidance amount of 1.2%, and it cannot be added in a gradient.
  5. Heavy-duty package H is a liquid with a freezing point of -10°C. Please store it above -10°C. Heavy-duty package H is a nitrite aqueous solution. Please avoid inhalation or skin contact.

Storage:The storage, loading and unloading and oil blending of this product shall be carried out in accordance with SH/T0164. The maximum temperature shall not exceed 75°C; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 45°C.
