It has high extreme pressure performance. The oil prepared with low viscosity base oil can meet the requirements of deep hole drilling with higher load. After practice in many departments, the oil has few adverse reactions and low tendency to deteriorate after long-term use.
This product is used as pure oil cutting oil for deep hole drilling, such as deep hole drilling, boring drilling, and grab drilling; it is suitable for the processing of difficult-to-process materials such as alloy steel, stainless steel, high nickel alloy, high-strength and high-hardness ferrous metal, steel, titanium alloy, etc.; it is also suitable for honing, finishing and heavy-load processing of high-strength metals.
Product Introduction
It is a synergistic extreme-pressure (EP) additive package engineered with sulfurized esters, nano-molybdenum disulfide, and polymeric tackifiers. Designed for deep hole drilling operations exceeding L/D ratios of 50:1, it delivers unmatched lubricity, chip evacuation, and thermal stability in materials ranging from aerospace alloys to hardened steels where conventional fluids fail.

Packaging: 200L steel drums or 1,000 kg IBC totes.
Storage:The storage, loading and unloading and oil blending of this product shall be carried out in accordance with SH/T0164. The maximum temperature shall not exceed 75°C; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 45°C.
