Perfluoropolyether Grease Lanxess Lubricant Additives
Premium Lubricating Grease Additives for Aerospace, Semiconductor & High-Vacuum Systems
PFPE Ultra-Performance Grease Additive
Product Introduction
PFPE additive is a perfluoropolyether-based technology representing the pinnacle of lubricating grease additives, engineered with nano-ceramic solid lubricants and ionic liquid stabilizers. Designed for environments combining extreme temperatures, high radiation, and ultra-high vacuum (≤10⁻⁹ mbar), it delivers unmatched film strength and chemical inertness where hydrocarbon lubricants decompose or outgas.
These cutting-edge lubricating grease additives provide solutions for the most demanding applications in aerospace, semiconductor manufacturing, and high-vacuum systems. The formulation incorporates advanced PFPE technology that ensures reliability in environments where failure is not an option.
Performance Advantages
- Zero Outgassing
Total mass loss (TML) <0.1% & collected volatile condensables (CVCM) <0.01% per ESA ECSS-Q-70-02A – critical for optical systems in space[vacuum stability].
- Radiation Resistance
Maintains viscosity integrity after 500 MGy gamma irradiation (ASTM D1876) – 10x longer service life in nuclear/reactor applications.
- Thermal Stability
No degradation at 300°C continuous / 400°C peak (DIN 51821 evaporation loss <2%).
- Plasma Erosion Defense
<5μm wear scar after 500h CF₄/O₂ plasma exposure (SEMI F57 validated).
- Multi-Phase Compatibility
Non-reactive with liquid oxygen, hydrazine, and aggressive chemicals (CGA G-4.1 oxygen compatibility pass).
