Product Introduction

Our premium additives for lubricants represent a breakthrough in compressor oil technology. This synergistic additive package is engineered with calcium sulfonate detergents and advanced anti-wear agents, specifically formulated for rotary screw compressors operating at 90–110°C continuous temperatures.

These high-performance additives for lubricants feature optimized chemistry that prevents carbon deposits, controls oxidation, and protects critical components (bearings, rotors) in high-moisture industrial environments where conventional additives fail.

The product has excellent anti-wear, high temperature oxidation resistance and anti-rust properties, and has excellent anti-carbon deposition and good anti-emulsification properties.

The oil prepared with this agent can meet the standards of similar imported products. When 1.2% of this product’s L-DAH oil is added to the Class II base oil, the rotary oxygen bomb is more than 1800 minutes, and the Consonant residual carbon reaches 0.12%, which can fully meet the requirements of rotary screw compressor oil.

Using deeply refined hydrogenated mineral oil or synthetic oil as the base oil can effectively extend the service life of the oil.

Packaging & Storage

Packaging: 200L steel drums or 1,000 kg IBC totes.

Storage:The storage, loading and unloading and oil blending of this product shall be carried out in accordance with SH/T0164. The maximum temperature shall not exceed 75°C; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 45°C.
