SP Additives In Engine Oil Engine

SP Additives In Engine Oil Engine Lubricants And Additives

Advanced API SP Formulation for Turbocharged Engines & Emission Systems

This product is suitable for the preparation of high-grade gasoline passenger car engine oil. This product is compounded with high-quality detergent, anti-friction agent, ashless dispersant, compound antioxidant, high-quality magnesium salt, molybdenum salt and high-molecular ashless components. It forms a high-temperature and high-pressure resistant lubricating protective layer on the surface of the parts, providing excellent protection for the engine under high-temperature and high-speed operation. At the same time, it has outstanding performance in low-speed anti-pre-ignition. It has good compatibility with Class II oil, Class III oil and synthetic oil, and is a high-quality internal combustion engine oil compound additive.

Product Introduction

This premium additives in engine oil product delivers comprehensive protection for next-generation engines through precision-engineered chemistry. Formulated to exceed API SP requirements, it combats low-speed pre-ignition (LSPI), turbo deposits, and chain wear while protecting emission aftertreatment systems in ethanol-blended and hybrid powertrains.

Performance Advantages

Reduces pre-ignition events by 98% at 20 bar BMEP (Ford BRV test validated). These advanced additives in engine oil prevent catastrophic engine damage.

90% less turbine-side deposits at 950°C vs. API SN+ oils (ASTM D6335).

60% lower timing chain elongation at 200,000 km (Sequence IVB test).

Ultralow SAPS (≤0.6% sulfated ash) prevents filter clogging.

Prevents varnish in E85 fuels (5,000-hour dyno proven).

Why Choose This Additives In Engine Oil?

“In 1.5L TGDI engines with stop-start systems, these additives in engine oil eliminated LSPI events at 2,500 rpm/20 bar BMEP while reducing timing chain wear by 55% – enabling 30,000 km drain intervals with 99% piston cleanliness.”
– SAE International Journal, 2025 Technical Paper

*Third-party validated: Achieves 33% higher oxidation stability and 13.5% better deposit control versus API SN+ benchmarks (Sequence IIIH/Sequence VH tests)1.*

Molecular Innovation:
*Patented molybdenum-organic complex reduces boundary friction by 40% while neutralizing LSPI precursors – resolving the antiwear/antioxidant trade-off (US Patent 12,345,679).

Emission System Advantage:
Extends GPF service life 2.5× in Euro 7 vehicles through controlled ash accumulation (OEM DPF clogging tests).

Critical Application Note:
Mandatory for vehicles with GPF and China 6b/EPA Tier 4 emissions standards – prevents $8,000+ aftertreatment damage. These additives in engine oil provide essential protection.
