This product has light color, good resistance to hard water, and is slightly condensed at low temperature. The oil prepared with this emulsifier additive has fast emulsification ability and stable emulsification performance. When used, it has excellent cleaning performance and can effectively improve the surface finish of the workpiece.
This agent has strong adaptability to the base oil. When the adaptability to the base oil is poor, the emulsification state can be adjusted by adding a balancing agent. In addition to being suitable for the material requirements of common metal processing processes, the prepared product has a significant anti-spot effect on aluminum parts.

Packaging & Storage
Packaging: 200L steel drums or 1,000 kg IBC totes.
Storage:The storage, loading and unloading and oil blending of this product shall be carried out in accordance with SH/T0164. The maximum temperature shall not exceed 75°C; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 45°C.
