Advanced Protection for Eco-Sensitive Hydraulic Systems

This premium zinc free hydraulic oil additive has excellent high-pressure extreme pressure anti-wear, anti-oxidation, anti-emulsification and thermal oxidation stability, excellent hydrolysis stability, good filterability, and effectively prevents corrosion of silver and copper hydraulic parts.

It is used to prepare various types of anti-wear hydraulic oils of various viscosity grades (15, 22, 32, 46, 68, 100, 150) in the national standard GB11118.1-2011.

This zinc free hydraulic oil is widely used in various types of large-scale engineering machinery, ships, vehicles such as cranes, excavators, dump trucks and other high-pressure hydraulic systems, as well as hydraulic systems with plunger pump pressures up to 34.5Mpa and vane pump pressures up to 17.5Mpa. It can also be used for other mechanical lubrication parts that require high loads.

Our zinc free hydraulic oil additive is a synergistic zinc-free anti-wear package utilizing advanced boron-sulfur chemistry, engineered to replace ZDDP in environmentally sensitive hydraulic systems. Its metal-free formulation delivers superior wear protection while meeting stringent ecological and food safety requirements where conventional additives fail.

Achieves <0.35 mm scar diameter in ASTM D4172 Four-Ball Test (40% better than conventional AW oils).

Maintains film strength with 1% water contamination (DIN 51399 pass).

90% less NBR seal shrinkage vs. ZDDP fluids (ASTM D471 @ 1,000h).

5x extended RPVOT life (>2,500 min per ASTM D2272).

ISO 13357-1 filterability >95% at 3μm.

Packaging & Storage

Packaging: 200L steel drums or 1,000 kg IBC totes.

Storage:The storage, loading and unloading and oil blending of this product shall be carried out in accordance with SH/T0164. The maximum temperature shall not exceed 75°C; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 45°C.
