Product Introduction

This Oil-Soluble Copper Corrosion Inhibitor delivers atomic-scale protection through tailored heterocyclic chemistry. Engineered for copper-rich systems, its molecular self-assembly forms 0.6nm-thick monolayers that prevent galvanic corrosion, dezincification, and electrochemical degradation in multi-alloy environments, even with sulfurous contaminants. This innovative corrosion inhibitor technology provides unmatched protection for critical components.

Achieves 0.0001 mm/year corrosion rate on copper alloys (ASTM G31 validated).

Simultaneously protects brass, bronze, and beryllium copper (ASTM D130/D665 variants).

Prevents blackening from H₂S at 50 ppm (ASTM D130 modified).

Maintains film integrity at 200°C (SEM-verified after 500h).

Preserves >45 kV/mm dielectric strength in transformer oils (IEC 60297).

Why Choose This Corrosion Inhibitor?

“In nuclear plant turbine systems, this corrosion inhibitor reduced copper alloy corrosion by 99.7% despite 10 ppm H₂S contamination – extending component service life to 15+ years with zero galvanic failure.”

Molecular Innovation:
*Self-assembled triazole-thiol monolayers form 0.55nm-thick barriers with 99.9% surface coverage – creating electron-tunneling resistant films (AFM-validated barrier height 4.2 eV)1.*

Critical Performance Metric:
*Maintains IEC 60296 oxidation stability (>50 kV/mm) after 10,000h in sulfur-containing transformer oils – essential for offshore wind farm switchgear.*
