Phenolic Ester Antioxidant

Phenolic Ester Antioxidant Lubricating Oil Additive

Premium Lubricant Antioxidants for High-Temperature Industrial & Automotive Applications

It is a phenolic ester compound and an excellent antioxidant additive for lubricating oils. It can inhibit the formation of carbon deposits on the upper part of the heavy-load diesel engine piston, especially on the first and second ring grooves.

Product Introduction

This phenolic ester antioxidant delivers exceptional thermal-oxidative stability through advanced sterically hindered phenolic chemistry. As a premium lubricant antioxidant, it’s engineered for >220°C operating temperatures, with its ester-modified molecular structure providing dual-functionality: radical scavenging and peroxide decomposition.

These advanced lubricant antioxidants significantly extend fluid life while preventing varnish formation in critical systems. They are phenolic ester compounds and excellent antioxidant additives for lubricating oils that effectively inhibit the formation of carbon deposits on heavy-load diesel engine pistons.

Product features:

1. Excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, which can significantly reduce carbon deposits on the piston of internal combustion engines.

2. Good solubility in mineral oil and ester base oil.

3. Synergistic effect when combined with aromatic amine antioxidants.

Key Benefits & Performance

Maintains effectiveness at 240°C (RPVOT >400 min @ 150°C, ASTM D2272).

95% reduction in sludge formation (ASTM D4310 modified).

NOACK volatility ≤5% at 250°C (ASTM D5800).

Chelates iron/copper ions to reduce catalytic oxidation.

<0.1 ppm heavy metals (21 CFR §178.3570).
