PAO1000 Metallocene Polyalphaolefin Oil Viscosity Improver Additive leverages advanced single-site catalysis to achieve unprecedented molecular weight control (Mw=1.2–1.5×10⁶ Da). Engineered for extreme thermal and shear environments, its narrow molecular weight distribution (PDI≤1.8) delivers unmatched viscosity-temperature stability while resisting degradation in renewable-fuel-blended lubricants.

This ultra-high viscosity metallocene polyalphaolefin features excellent low temperature performance and viscosity-temperature characteristics, making it particularly suitable as a viscosity index improver additive for high-performance engine oils and industrial lubricants.

<2% permanent viscosity loss after 250h KRL test (CEC L-45-A-99) – 3x better than Ziegler-Natta PAOs.

Maintains VI>220 after 1,000h at 180°C (ASTM D2270 modified).

Enables -60°C cold cranking in SAE 75W-140 gear oils (ASTM D5293).

5x extended life in B100 biodiesel blends vs. conventional VIIs (ASTM D943 modified).

80% reduction in FVA 54/7 surface fatigue at 2,500 MPa.
