This premium extreme pressure additive possesses excellent properties of extreme pressure, anti-wear and chemical stability. It has a bad odor. It is used for blending medium and heavy load gear oils and medium and heavy load industry gear oils.

This Extreme Pressure Additive Introduction

This Thiophosphoric Acid Amine Salt combines extreme pressure additive performance with antiwear protection through unique P-N-S chemistry. Engineered for ultra-high shock loads, its ionic structure forms instant reaction films that prevent welding and micropitting in synchronizers and hypoid gears under >4.5GPa contact stresses.

Sustains 800kg weld load during 10ms impact events (FZG S-A/10/90 test).

85% reduction in FVA 54/7 tests at 1,500 MPa.

Passes 1,000h salt spray test (ASTM B117).

Maintains EP properties at 160°C (Four-Ball Test @ 180°C).

Protects copper alloys (1b rating) and sintered metals.

Storage: Temperature ≤45°C, avoid direct sunlight.
