Boronated High Molecular Weight Polyisobutylene Succinimide Ashless Dispersant
Ultimate Friction Control & Soot Management for Low-SAPS Formulations
Premium Ashless Dispersant for Modern Engines
This advanced ashless dispersant can be used to prepare gasoline engine oils above SG grade, and can significantly reduce the formulation dosage when used for SE or SF grade oils. As a high-performance ashless dispersant, it is generally used in gasoline engines and can also show excellent performance in diesel engine oils.
Product Introduction
It is a boronized high molecular weight succinimide ashless dispersant. Its low temperature dispersibility is comparable to that of monoolefin succinimide, and its high temperature dispersibility is comparable to that of diene succinimide. This premium ashless dispersant has excellent high temperature detergency and good low temperature dispersibility. The product has the characteristics of light color, good transparency, low turbidity, chlorine-free, and good compatibility with additives such as ZDDP. It also has excellent thermal stability, dispersibility, antioxidant and anti-wear properties. In addition to being used to prepare high-grade gasoline and diesel engine oils, this ashless dispersant can also be used to prepare energy-saving and environmentally friendly industrial oils.
Advanced Technologies
- Triple-Action Boron Technology™
Reduces boundary friction by 52% while neutralizing acids and passivating metals (CEC L-103-12 validated).
- Zero-Ash Soot Control
Maintains 12% soot loading with <0.1% sulfated ash (ASTM D874/D7216).
- Hybrid System Safeguard
Prevents e-motor corrosion at 800V/150°C (IEC 60034-18-41 Class H).
- Oxidation Resistance
3x extended oxidation life vs. non-boronated dispersants (ASTM D943 modified).
- Water Tolerance
Maintains dispersancy with 2% water contamination (ASTM D1401).
