This premium lubricating oil additive is prepared from various components. It is environment-friendly, biodegradable, strong in cleaning ability, less foam, high ability in anti adulterated oil, resistance to hard water, and able to prolong the service life of cutting tool.

This Antirust emulsifier cutting oil additive prepared with this product have strong emulsification ability, excellent cleaning performance, stable emulsification performance, and long anti-rust period between processes.

It has a wide range of compatibility with base oils. When the compatibility with base oils is poor, the emulsification state can be adjusted by adding a balancing agent.

Application

This cutting oil additive has been developed to formulate the synthetic liquid used for heavy load cutting and grinding machining. As a specialized lubricating oil additive, it’s suitable for various machining applications:

Machining of ferrous metals
Machining of non-ferrous metals
High nickel stainless steel machining

Note: This lubricating oil additive is not applicable to aluminum and its alloys machining.

Recommended Dosage

It suitable for standard base oil and recovered base oil. The additive dosage is 15-18%.

The metal working liquid is made of cutting oil and water. The rate of cutting oil to water is 1:20

Packaging & Storage

Packaging: 200L steel drums or 1,000 kg IBC totes.

Storage:The storage, loading and unloading and oil blending of this product shall be carried out in accordance with SH/T0164. The maximum temperature shall not exceed 75°C; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 45°C.

Shelf life:36 months (unopened)

12 months (opened, under nitrogen)

Safety:This Antirust emulsifier cutting oil additive package is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. It is the same as general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection and use, and no special protection is required.
