T598 has excellent high – temperature anti – oxidation performance .T598 is used primarily for engine oils , turbine oils , heat transfer oils , hydraulic oils , greases and fuel oil . It also can be used in rubber goods to prevent rubber from thermal oxidation and elastic deflection / aging .

Product Introduction

T598 Butyl Octyl Diphenylamine is a premium sterically hindered amine antioxidant engineered to deliver exceptional oxidation control in extreme thermal environments. Through advanced alkyl chain optimization, it inhibits free radical degradation at temperatures up to 220°C – outperforming conventional antioxidants by 60°C. Key applications include synthetic engine oils, high-speed gear lubricants, and turbine oils where thermal breakdown is critical.

Maintains 95% antioxidant efficiency after 100h at 220°C (PDSC ASTM D6186), preventing viscosity surge and acid formation.

Triples oil life in Volvo T-13 engine tests (15,000+ km vs. baseline).

Boosts ZDDP antiwear film strength by 45% while reducing phosphorus volatility (TOFT ASTM D2670).

Limits deposit formation to ≤0.3 mg/100cm² after 500h (ASTM D7843).

Zero sulfur/phosphorus, REACH Annex XVII compliant, biodegradable option available (OECD 301B).

API SP/SN PLUS, ACEA C6 formulations (BorgWarner turbo deposit reduction ≥80%)

Siemens FLENDER 3.1 certified (100,000 hr service life)

Gas Turbine Oils:
GEK 32568F / Siemens TLV 9013 04 compliant

High-Temperature Greases:
NLGI #2 polyurea greases (180°C continuous service)

Hydraulic Systems:
Eaton 35VQ25 varnish control compliant
