This sulfurized isobutylene additive provides superior extreme pressure lubrication with high sulfur content, excellent EP performance, and good oil solubility. With its light color and good compatibility with phosphorus compounds, it offers advanced extreme pressure lubrication while maintaining relatively low corrosion to metals. This product is compounded with other sulfur, phosphorus and nitrogen agents to be the main agent of sulfur-phosphorus type gear oil. It can be used to prepare medium and high-grade vehicle gear oil and industrial gear oil, metal processing oil, rock drilling oil, grease and other products requiring extreme pressure lubrication.

This Sulfurized Isobutylene is a high-performance sulfurized olefin additive engineered to deliver extreme pressure (EP) protection, anti-wear properties, and oxidation stability in severe operating conditions. Utilizing controlled sulfurization technology, it forms sacrificial films for superior extreme pressure lubrication on metal surfaces to prevent scuffing, pitting, and micropitting. Key applications include industrial gear oils, metalworking fluids, and heavy-duty greases exposed to high loads and temperatures.
