Antifoam dosage (ppm) = Base oil foaming tendency index × 0.5 + System agitation intensity coefficient × 10
Operational Guidelines:
Silicone-Based Agents: Require pre-dilution (1:9 dilution ratio).
Addition Temperature: Maintain at 50–60°C.
Mixing Prohibition: Avoid direct mixing with high-alkaline additives (interval >20 minutes).
