Dispersant
Dispersants
Lubricant dispersants are critical additives that prevent the aggregation of insoluble substances through adsorption and peptizing effects. Key functions include:
- Suspending and dispersing solid particles (e.g., soot, carbon deposits) via excellent peptizing and dispersing effects (maintaining fluidity of the oil);
- Inhibiting the formation of low-temperature sludge;
- Synergizing with detergents to enhance deposit control and reduce additive dosage;
- Extending the service life of filters (reducing clogging risks).
Industry Certifications: Compliant with API SP/ACEA C5 standards.
